  • Delivery of blueprints for your review (up to three modifications included)

Sign the contract

Deposit amount: 20%

Example: For a 12 cabinet ($12,000) package, the deposit will be $2,400

Construction Day 1

  • Dust containment
  • Demolition
  • Progress payment: 20%

Construction Day 2

  • Install cabinets
  • Install cabinet knobs, handles, and pulls
  • Progress payment: 20%

Construction Day 3

  • Install quartz countertop
  • Install sink
  • Progress payment: 20%

Construction Day 4

  • Final installation
  • Cleaning
  • Progress payment: 20% (Final balance)

Payment Schedule

Example Package: 12 cabinets for $12,000 includes:

  • Blueprints
  • Project management and support
  • Prepare site with dust containment and surface protection
  • Demolition
  • Delivery of cabinets
  • Install cabinets
  • Install quartz countertop
  • Install sink
  • Install knobs, handles, and pulls
  • Disposal of all garbage and debris to an off-site facility

Cost for Additional Cabinets: $1,000 per cabinet.

  • 13 cabinets = $13,000
  • 14 cabinets = $14,000
  • 15 cabinets = $15,000
  • 20 cabinets = $20,000
  • … and so on
